One of the best assessments I have ever done - the results are incredibly aligned to the way I view myself. The descriptions and explanations are well-written. Still astounded by the level of accuracy and insightful suggestions in the Opportunities for Excellence and Pitfalls section. Highly recommend this test. It should be made mandatory for all leaders and their teams if they are serious about advancing the talent within their organizations to yield greater business innovation and competitive advantage.

Great site and fascinating results and insight. I've done the Myers-Briggs before. This one was super quick with really nice explanations and visuals. Highly recommend it.

Sometimes you are scared to find out who you are, but if you have a way to help you out in life, why not?

I was excited to look at the components of my test results. I test as a ENFJ with very close scores between F and T, and J and P. However when I read what is supposed to motivate me strongly and dominantly, I have such a strong feeling of no way! Thats not me! Or do I fully think that I want to be that person. Its such a strong feeling of wanting to rebel against it. So, am I okay to count on a type that was my third best match-ENFP? It sounds more like how I am motivated. Has anyone out there experienced the same thing?

Most of it made total sense. A few factors I found somewhat at odds with how I view myself. Would like to explore how my INTJ type interacts with other types, as well as understand which types that are most compatible with my own from a business and personal perspective, as well as which types I'm least likely to get along with, so that I can improve those relationships.

The analysis is great, however I don't necessarily feel it's worth the full price ($29 at the time of writing). There's a free one at 16personalities.com, but I think this one from Truity is more accurate and explains much more about you individually.

Our company had us complete a Birkman assessment, and being that I am that curious personality, I was interested in other options. Have a pscyh degree and work in HR, just wanted to see what this presented. It was quite informative and interesting. Would direct others curious to engage and get the detailed report. May be a good idea for thsoe with children who are looking towards career planning.
