I found this report very insightful and right on the money. I am an INFP, and as I have read about my type before, I felt that this particular report has some additional insights and broke the traits down in more detail to give me a better idea of my preferences and why I prefer certain things over others. Detailed, thought provoking and enlightening. Did I learn something new? Somewhat. Am I going to be able to use this assessment for my growth or advancement? Potentially! If I’ve been carrying around some weighted baggage could that impact how I completed the assessment? Probably, but I can also work on some of those areas and retake the assessment in a year or so to compare, as I believe I took this assessment over a decade ago and had some slightly different results.
