As a career development and executive coach I utilized personality assessments often. I take the free versions on line to keep up with what is out there for the public to consume and chose to invest in the paid report offered by Truity to see what quality was available. I am impressed with the information available. While I still think it is important and valuable to have the help of a coach who is experienced in these tools to facilitate the depths of this information, I think this information has been developed and delivered in a very accessible way.
I appreciate that it includes several report types, including MBTI, 16PF, and a Big 5 - perspective that helps an individual understand more deeply their personality.
Great job overall. This is likely to be my new go to for those who are not able to invest in the larger published assessments.

I HAVE FOUND SOME TRAITS THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO FULLY EXPRESS ABOUT MYSELF . I DID NOT REALLY UNDERSTAND WHY I AM ALWAYS INCLINED ON HELPING OTHERS . THIS HAS BROUGHT SO MUCH CONFIDENCE IN UNDERSTANDING MY PERSONALITY TRAITS NOW.
I AM ENCOURAGED.

What an excellent opportunity to gain more perspective and insight into personality by answering a few questions. The outcome will help me take a closer look at the the feedback to improve areas where I my not be as strong in and enhance areas that are already successful.

I thought the overall experience was quite fun, informative and accurate, however, I have subtracted one star for the section on careers. I found myself questioning whether the person who compiled this list had ever worked a job. So, bad.
Based upon what they said about me, many of the suggested careers fell far short of the mark of what would be appropriate. Additionally I think that the list for careers should be arranged in such a way that the most powerful and intriguing and fitting career should be at the top and the least likely and fitting career should be at or near the bottom so that they should be ranked in order of their appropriateness.
The way it was done was so slip shod that many of them really didn't fit at all.
Sorry to belabour the point. Overall, this was excellent. I'm going to include the report in my resume materials as a live link, when applying for jobs. It says that I am very logical and a natural born leader with amazing ability to communicate and analyze and manage teams. Those are things that every employer longs to find and are really rare traits. So absolutely, this report is going to help me land a great job! Thank you.

I am looking for work after a career break due to family responsibilities. The TypeFinder report provided me with some valuable insights into my personal strengths and weaknesses, and has encouraged me to look more broadly for work that will align with my values.

The report provided a great recap of who I am and the description of my management style was on target. I could see how some styles may also have pitfalls for others or myself. I feel more "directed" in knowing what behaviors to increase and also to decrease.
I am very passionate about developing people. As a former executive within the hotel industry, I always related to subordinates in a way that prepared them for the next role. In essence, I could sense what they would become and I interacted with them as if they were already walking in their next role. I was surprised that the report picked up that trait.
My wife also said that she was surprised by the accuracy of the report; opened the door for further discussions. The profile recap was eerily on target and I've already begun looking at where I can grow personally and professionally. I will be reviewing the insights the recap provided for quite some time!
Thank you, Ed
