I have taken many online psychology tests through the years and I found this to be one of the best I've used. Typically the "free" version is a bait and switch and you really get minimal information unless you pay the "full" price.
The information provided on the "free" version is very well written and in depth to have conversations with others and to know more about yourself. The indepth report is really that-- it is excellent with very good information that while not needed to get a sense of the results- it is well worth the $19.00 to get the data provided.
I have used these before- but not this company- I will be recommending this tool- I like the different kind of questions asked than typical standard Myers-Briggs! thanks for the opportunity to try this-- it was SPOT ON.

This is hands down the best personality trait report I've ever seen. The results were spot on and very enlightening. The delivery of the information is extremely organized and easy to understand. The quiz is also easy to navigate and effortless from my phone. I am going to the CEO of my Credit Union and recommending we invest in this tool in our hiring process as well as with existing employees for development purposes!
