Reviews of Enneagram Personality Test

I was actually surprised at the rating I received from this test. It was difficult to read some of the things written until I got to the Wings and Arrows section which made me understand a bit more. I definitely recommend doing this personality test for it appears you are never too old to learn more about yourself and how you can utilize who you are.

Took the test 3 times! There is nothing wrong with the personality types, but the results I got the first 2 times were simply inaccurate for me. I finally got a result that truly represents who I am.

I see how this can be helpful for some people, but this test failed to accurately describe my personality according to the enneagram personality types. I think this is because of the gross oversimplification that comes with personality tests in general. Part of the problem is that I don't really resonate with any of the enneagram personality types. If you do resonate with them, this test will probably be fairly accurate, but it won't work for those who feel they don't fit into this system. Some issues I found with this test include that although I tend to over-plan for any situation, these plans are usually short-term and the test only seemed to recognize plans for the far future. Another thing it failed to take into account is that although I plan for every possible situation that comes to mind, I am also very aware that surprises pop up frequently and I cannot realistically plan for every situation. I will admit I may have overthought these types of questions. Finally, although I tend to follow the crowd when it comes to things that aren't my top priority, such as fashion or any surface-level interests, I am very vocal about topics which are controversial or personally important and tend to stand my ground when it comes to them. This is a concrete part of my personality that I've known about for a long time and that others have pointed out about me, and the test doesn't distinguish between these two situations. The test itself is pretty normal for an online personality test, and my problems all stem from the enneagram itself. Now that I've wasted a lot of time ranting about an online personality test after wasting even more time searching for a review function, I might as well press submit.

I was shocked by how spot on this turned out. It has given me a lot to consider as I start on a path to stop self-loathing and feeling worthless. I believe this information is exactly what I have needed for a very long time.

Very insightful....and totally right on....OMG - kinda scary....lol It does explain a lot about how I am and why I act and feel the way I do.... i would recommend this to anyone who is interested in understanding themselves more. And you can print a very nice report at the end!! Highly recommend

I really enjoyed doing this study. I learned about myself and why I do what I do. I think it is very helpful to help us improve when we can see our weaknesses.
