Very insightful (even surprisingly and sometimes uncomfortably so). This text affirmed some aspects of myself I was less likely to accept. It also made me face aspects of myself I actively dislike and could even say I denied. Overall, it I've me a more complete picture. There were many points that resonated with personal experiences and many that my partner confidently agreed with that I may have only suspected we're true otherwise. Most shockingly was how it related to my childhood behavior. My parents always told me that I displayed a certain mindset even before I was verbally communicating. To see examples of that proposed in the text explaining my type was profound.
