Pretty cool! Ive never heard of this type of personality test before- grew up with the Myers-Briggs testing as a youngster. The name of this test happened by chance that I over heard it, and thought to myself, what the heck is that test?? Decided to google and stumbled upon here. Must say the final result descriptions are pretty accurate, and happily spent the 19 bucks to find out more meaning of my results and this particular test itself. 4.5 stars!

My health coach recommended I take this assessment to help me figure out what really motivates me, and figure out what my weaknesses and strengths are so I can really harness the information and use it when setting my health goals. I didn't expect the assessment to be so accurate, but it was! I have to face the fact that I don't always put my needs and wants first in my desire for harmony with others, and I need to be more assertive so I can achieve what I want.
