Oddly accurate! I found myself in a low place this last year and walked away from my 20+ career. In hindsight, and after reading my full report, I can clearly see how I could have leaned on developing my arrows to make changes before making my decision to leave. My dominant type was spot on and highlighted both my areas of strength and areas for growth closely aligned to what I knew to be true about myself. I believe the information on wings and arrows will prove to be valuable.

Although not entirely accurate on a microscopic level, it hits the marks on the macros. I would imagine it's next to impossible to be any more accurate than the test is currently without manual/individualized assessment and diagnosis. I am continually amazed by our similarities and how psychological models have universal application. Well worth the fee to buy if you are serious about mining the reports for the gold and self-assured enough to ignore the minor elements that may not entirely apply.

Um, wow. I am shocked at how accurate this is. My friend that recommended that I take the test was actually spot on with what she thought I'd be. It gives me a place to start, as I am always trying to improve myself and encourage others to do the same (lol, that's actually in the report! HA!). Might have shed a few tears over the realization that one of my biggest, no, my biggest stumbling block is vulnerability.
I would recommend this test to anyone that wants to see a deeper side to what drives their personality.
