I wasn't sure what to really expect from this report. I had a colleague recommend it as I am in the process of expanding a new business and building a team. I think it is very important to know how people operate and what makes them tick. This report does that and more. It really captured who I am and how I think and do things both good and bad. It also gives you areas you need to or could improve upon to make your life more complete. I would highly recommend taking the test. It is eye opening.

As someone that tends to analyze things to death; I find this report to be a very accurate and “knowing” analysis of my personality, but also a guide that shows where I have grown and areas where I could use more growth.
An area of the report that seems to be lacking is practical, concrete solutions in areas that I could use growth. I need a “to do list” to get me out of my head and a way of rewarding myself as I check it off on my way to a happier, healthier version of myself.
