Reviews of The Enneagram Personality Test

This test was very accurate. As a 5 I am glad I purchased the report as the short description left me a little sad, but reading the full report made me feel hopeful instead. It is definitely worth it.

I thought it was mostly accurate. I guessed my type and wing before I took the test. I know myself pretty well. As soon as I read the entire report, I feel I will find much useful information for further improvement.

This was a neat process and allows me to put a magnifying glass on the good and bad parts of me. It also allows me to have the opportunity for growth. Good fun!

I was surprised about many of the findings that rang true for me even though I wouldn't have considered them true for me. On the other hand, I am long retired and I think several of my answers would have been very different if I was still a working professional. All in all it the experience and getting the report were well worth it.

The report was very insightful and I believe working with it will be very helpful, if not even groundbreaking, potentially. The best, biggest result from this personality report is a renewed sense of motivation with a clear direction for growth, which is based upon a highly accurate description of my personality and experiences. I also think that it also has a very clear explanation of how I can use this Enneagram information, for what to develop and what to watch out for/avoid. (by submitting this review, I eagerly anticipate the more detailed, perhaps broken down into steps report I'll receive) As a person who has identified with and tested out on MBTI as an INTP (or, INTP-T), and suspecting that I would test out as a Five enneagram type, the report really clarified some aspects of how my experience or conception of strengths/weaknesses/limitations were playing out currently in my life--and gave a good counterbalance/overlap of the MBTI description/prescriptions. It felt like it was very accurate in describing several aspects of my personality including the main type and wing. (5w4). I was referred to this site from the website Enneagram Explained, and I like their article's description about how to (cross-)validate your test results. Once I received the results from this Truity Enneagram test along with an accurate and concise write-up, and based upon some of their (Everything Enneagram) advice on cross-validation, I purchased the report which this review is based on. (One caveat: I feel highly prepared to act upon recommendations in this report because of the multiple sources of confirmation: how well it fits with something I'm already quite familiar with (MBTI INTP) and the cross-validation, and that affects my review a little bit.) In summary, a very high recommendation for this report, especially if you find the core motivations described in the free test results synopsis really fit you well.

During my discovery of the Enneagram and watching several video's by author Ian Cron, I initially thought of myself as a "1" or "8". Upon taking the Truity test it reported me as a "3" with my wings being "8" and "1". Although I identify as a "3", I find many traits of the "8" and "1" that I identify with. This report identifying my dominant "3" has profoundly changed my perspective inward and outward. For anyone wishing and needing to truly identify their being, I suggest taking this test to not only become a better dominant trait, more so, to recognize their shadow traits to identify the issues one needs to work on to become whole, a better person, not just for you, but for those around you.... Walk though the fire, do not be scared of it, you will be a better person on the other side once you initiate the steps to deal with the "unhealthy" traits of your wings and shadow self. Enjoy! I did!

I heard about this personality test from my trainer at work and thought that I would give it a shot. I definitely feeling that I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out who I am over the years but have always felt like it was a super long process and honestly wasn't sure how many trials I'd have to go through to figure it all out. Well this test really helped me fill in all the small extra pieces and helped me realize some of the personality drawbacks that I have and how to work on them! I will definitely recommend to everyone I know!
