Fairly accurate assessment. Not sure about the theoretical approach behind it but certainly appreciate a personality test that feels well developed. Of course, we are more than just these types and may fit into others, but good tool to understand yourself.

The process of taking the assessment was easy and quick considering the amount of information needed to generate a report like this. I’ve taken many personality tests over the years and appreciated the detailed explanation and application of the traits to improvement. The best way to grow is to know yourself and where you want to go. The idea of wings and arrows is “moving” itself and illustrates concepts well!
