I was fairly surprised by the overall accuracy of this! Although there were segments that I didn't identify with - there were statements that hit so hard, I was taken aback. I found the results put into words things I'd felt but had been afraid to say out loud or didn't quite have the words for. Definitely worth checking out in your quest for self betterment.

Came across the suggestion of this test through a self help book and the suggestion of my therapist. After answering the survey I'd say that the results were actually very accurate (even though a lot of it was not necessarily what I wanted to hear / great news). I took this “test” years ago and came up a six !
On Hindsight’s thoughts after coming up a “seven”, it seems a better fit. In fact, by conclusion it is spot on. Growing up is hard to do and I realize now a simple solution I’ve been resisting.
