It was cool to read sentences and think "that's so me!" It felt validating, like I already had a good knowledge of myself, and also very strengths based - a way to look at your traits in a really positive light and how you can make the most of them. It also gave me some good insight into what I need to take care of myself and stay in balance. And to think about what kinds of work and projects at work I might be best suited to or thrive in. Really interesting and insightful. I'm looking forward to now reading more about my personality type.
