I found this useful and interestingly, one of my personality traits has changed since I first took the test 20 years ago. I think my results were very accurate for me.

I found this exercise very useful on many levels. To see our-self as others see us , is invaluable. The summary on strengths and pitfalls in the workplace is a great guide. Time and Money well spent ( invested )

I found the report enlightening and comforting; it explained why I often think I have two (or more) personalities within me, with different viewpoints on different days. It shows me where I excel, and where I need more balance; and how to make the most of my traits to get to where I want to be.

I've done similar MBTI tests quite regularly as a way to recognize changes and static traits of how I work. Turns out the INFJ is the most consistent one. Something that's popped up was the trait of not being very adventurous, perhaps this indicates a non-wholehearted mindset. For now I am happy with the report and will enjoy focusing on strengths instead of working against one's own nature.

Mostly accurate with a few big misses. Somehow it pegged me as not adventurous, which is far from the truth. I'm a very hard worker, like structure and will get my work done before play but I love new and risky activities. In the work place and outside, I like organization but I will take plenty of risk.

I have been licensing and using Psychometric assessments in my Leadership, Career and Life Coaching practice from a large company in Canada for over seven years. When I did "The TypeFinder Personality Test and viewed the results, a few amazing things struck me: (1) The results were VERY accurate and described me better than most personality that I have taken in the past. (2) The results were very detailed. (3) The careers recommended me were very accurate and in line with what I currently do as a Leadership, Career and Life Coach (4) The formats of the online and PDF reports were quite professional and visually appealing. (5) The advice given was very helpful and practical. (6) The price of the assessment and report was quite reasonable. In summary, I would highly recommend The TypeFinder Personality Test if you are looking to understand yourself better, and what career groupings best suit your personality. It will be money well spent!

Complete and accurate. I intuitively knew about my personality type, but it's good to have it analysed like this.

This is the third personality test that I tried this morning. This test was the best most accurate one of the three! I paid for the whole test results and this did help me understand the results a lot more. I liked that it didn't just put me in one category but explained why I use both sides of the equations. For example, I am naturally an extrovert but in conflict or high tension or with strong personality people I introvert! This is helpful for me to work on strengthening my skills in these types of situations. I will be using this tool in my Life Development/Coaching business. I think it is clear, very in-depth, accurate and easy to use! This will be a great tool when working with client's to understand who they are and how they were created to influence their world, families, and work places!

Using the free test Truity couldn't fully pin down my personality type. Curious I decided to pay for the full test and the results. The full test reveled the reason why. I'm 1% borderline between Thinking and Feeling and tend to flip flop depending on the situation. The full test results go into greater detail and use percentages to help pinpoint where you are on the spectrum for each traits they are testing for. There were several areas where I went "huh, that's why I do that" or "oh that totally makes sense now." I think people generally know who they are, but accurate tests like this help explain the whys of what we do and maybe just clarify exactly who we are when we try to explain ourselves to other people. I also got a chuckle out of the career results, because every career I ever looked at getting into was on the list. That was pretty cool.
