Wonderful to have the entire report and very affirming to better understand my natural bent. It left me feeling understood! I liked the explanations provided for people who would score opposite of me in a category because often the descriptions described my husband! It helps me 'get him' better. Vive la difference!

This test is super interesting and helpful. I love the breakdown of the categories under each main type. It's helpful as a leader to look at this and then look at my staff to see how we may balance each other, but also where we might have areas of conflict.

The results were very helpful and have remained consistent since I last took the test about 12 years ago. I paid more attention to the results this time around and it helped me to really understand my vocational path more clearly. There have been professional goals that I have set for myself and reading through the results helped me to understand the "why" behind the goals that I set. I am so glad I purchased my full report. It was not wasted at all!!

The results from the survey were so helpful. It really help give me the answer to my self question on who am I and what does it look it. It also helped me to see what areas of career my personality type as a ENFJ values and enjoys. If you are looking to understand your personality type and what environment you would best operate in, I recommend taking the TypeFinder survey and paying for the full report. it only cost $19 which is not expensive for the amount of in depth information that they give you. Guys, it was very helpful It has helped me to appreciate and love who I am.

The detailed report goes over some interesting things I hadn't seen on other similar tests. The fact the "facets" of each trait were also shown was actually the most interesting part of the report for me. For example, it confirmed how I change facets depending on my mood, like how I tend to be "realistic" when I'm in a pessimistic mood, while I tend to be more "imaginative" when I feel more optimistic about life.
I would like to add that although these results are great for self-analysis and force one to take a bit of time to understand oneself, it is also dangerous to let the result define who you are. I am always sceptical about "personality tests" and categorising people in boxes, because it's quite a confining view and quite simplistic, BUT it's a great tool for self-improvement and lots of the information can be very useful and illuminating. It can provide the means to discover or confirm certain aspects of your personality and ways of thinking.

Second time taking the Myers Brigss test. This time I found the results a bit more intuitive....Results helped me to understand my management style a bit more clearlyas they have change slightly, as well as share with my team more reasoning behind my management style. Helped make me more aware of areas of opportunity with my communication, goals and focus. My style has changed slightly over the years and taking it again was helpful.

I first took this test about a decade ago and found it to be an absolutely priceless asset in understanding where you are, how you got there, and which path forward will give you the greatest probability of happiness and success. I took it again today more or less as an experiment to see if my personality has "adapted or adjusted" over decade of new experiences. The results I just received were VERY surprising. Not solely surprising in the sense that personality may or may not have evolved ;) but rather in the sheer increase of practical data and insight since my first attempt. Reading through my report has helped reignite my conviction in my choice of future endeavors and Once Again..I am very grateful to the good folks at Myers Briggs.
