I think the test accurately reflects my personality type and overall style of communication and leadership.

Bang on! Even the worst bits were right, I hate criticism always riles me. I am an author and have many creative hobbies as I am now disabled. If I had taken this test in my 20 or even 30 it would have been very different . I raised three girls on my own, had a shop which sold baby equipment and toys, never made much but was a hub for new parents and a cup of coffee and friendly ear. I went on to train as a counsellor but it wasn't for me. My final career was as a welfare officer for local council helping people with their benefit claim for housing benefit which I loved. In 2008 many thing happened which resulted in a nervous breakdown. My whole life changed. I changed. I think thats why I got so many section where I was in the middle so to speak. As you get older and more experienced, with hindsight you understand your mistakes and choices that altered your course and impacted your life. Becoming disabled albeit slowly has certainly impacted my life as my abilities to pursue goals was taken away. I was literally astound that this test reflected that back to me. People tend to underestimate the impact disability has on a person and those closet to them. It made me more introspective and accepting of things I can no longer control. This test is deserving five stars and for me was self affirming that I like who I am.

Pretty spot on.

Excellent tool for self-exploration and study. I took the Myers-Briggs decades ago in grad school. The reporting format was more comprehensive and applicable than previously experienced. I have a Masters in Counseling and have experience in assessment and testing protocols. I encourage anyone who’s desiring to have more personal insight to take this test. It’s informational and also fun!

I agreed with nearly all of my profile. I was most surprised when at the end, the number one career for me was Clinical Psychologist, which is what my Master's degree is in. I liked the ratings system, especially when on the border between two styles; the explanation that I'm more one way or the other depending upon the situation rang true. I would recommend this assessment to anyone who wants some insight into why they do the things they do.

I am in a new group that makes me accountable for my actions. I immediately wanted to take this test because I was so curious to hear about my behavior and what it looks like on paper. It’s bizarre how accurate it is and sheds light on what I am doing next so this is great!!!
