I found myself, sometimes reluctantly, agreeing with all of the test results. Some of the answers were to open to being flavored by personal experiences that affected my outlook and native personality, but I don't know how you could do it differently.

I would appreciate more information what my weaknesses are, how I can mitigate them.
Let me give an example. As an INTJ, I've high standards against others, beacuse I'm a perfectionist from others point of view. You would recommend to be aware of it and try to mitigate it in a way to cleary say what my expection is when I delegate a task.

It was SO interesting reading myself so accurately in written word. I would have preferred the "free" test included "free" results, let's be honest. But even at the rate I ended up paying, the investment is worth it. I would have liked to know that cost up front. It would not have swayed me but finding it AFTER I'd done the test felt... misleading.
