While discussing the implementation of a corporate culture program, we were talking about leadership styles and this test came up. I had already done mine with friends a few months earlier and was discussing some of my interactions and values in relation to my temperament and leadership style. In the middle of our meeting, my executives all took the test and we spent the next hour going over our results, some which were very obvious and others that we hadn't quite seen in each other. We are now tying this information into our leadership training program and using these results as a tool to guide our interactions. We plan to post our office's results and everyone is very excited to have a better understanding of their peers. Great resource for breaking the ice on leadership, cultural, or team-building topics!

Although I only scored 79% INJF, I would agree that it is correct! I would doubt the accuracy if it were any higher and argue anything lower. I believe that our Personally traits alternate on different days/times. Therefore after reading the scoring on my other personality percentages, INJF is equivocally accurate. Take your personality traits test and compare it to mine. As an INTJ, for the most part, I concur with the findings, especially with the ‘Mastermind’ concept, lol! It was an enlightening experience.

I like it very much as it gave me a perspective of different areas I could develop myself into.

I found the results very inspiring as it has reinforced some self-assessed characteristics of my personality that I like to cultivate. My forward looking prospects next career step in areas different than the ones I'm in now seems to make sense considering the traits the test observed from my answers to the questionnaire. I'm considering applying the test to more people to incentivize conversations and mutual understanding in the teams I lead.
