I was shocked how the results closely aligned with my life and how I am currently living. I enjoyed taking the test - which I did rapidly -because I made a concerted effort to answer spontaneously and without over thinking my responses. I wanted to be as authentic as possible, so as to give the clearest possible picture of myself- for my own edification. Some analysis surprised me in a pleasant way, some of the analysis of my personality explains why I am so heavily involved in my work as a Registered Nurse. My yearly evaluations reflect much of what describes me in this Personality test. I think it zeroed in on what motivates me correctly, and I recognized in myself and history some of the pitfalls that could result because of my personality traits. This was an amazing experience and I will treasure the authority in the feedback. It both encouraged me and inspired me to build on what I know about myself in order to become a better human.

The TypeFinder assessment was easy to do and seemed spot on. I am in a professional development course right now and this is helping solidify some of the feedback that I have been gathering through interviews with colleagues, etc. The report at the end seems pretty worth the price, given that you get a lot of detail on your proposed types. Overall, I would recommend this to others.

The report did, I think, sum me up. It's true that I am very empathetic/sympathetic, a trait I hear a lot from friends and family. I liked that it didn't pigeon whole. It was broad and included my highly organized side and my adventurous side. The best of all qualities were highlighted. No matter the trait it wasn't listed in a negative way.
