Truity gets to the answer(s) of personality type in a better (IMHO) series of questions and abstraction than the classic Myers-Brigg test. The multi-faceted nature of personality are properly assessed, allowing for a more complex analytical result ... that I believe is the most accurate. Interesting that their career map, of careers that your personality type are a best fit for, was incredibly on point. I have held diverse roles that, in nearly fifty years as a professional, included more than 80% of the listed careers ... blended across my personal development and career journey. Extremely insightful analysis, and phenomenally useful for a younger person trying to discover their strengths and chart their path. If I had this information when I first started my professional journey it would have been priceless!

I have taken multiple MTBI assessments. I sometimes find they are not specific enough to me. This one was more specific to me. I think these should be guidelines and used in conjunction with other assessments and aptitude testing readily available.

I like how the results are explained detailed, I was able to really understand why I always get this result in different tests because the process is shown openly. Also I like how they stress that the results don't have to be 100% accurate. Everything is shown in percentages and it gets clear that everyone is unique and the test can not be completely concerted to one person's personality. The only thing that I wish I could read about as well, are the specific cognitive functions of my type. Other than that I really liked this test, it gave me a lot of new insights about myself

I found the TypeFinder personality test useful to explore myself further and look at my relationship. Over the years, I believe I have become an extrovert but with lots of Introvert traits. I find the elements to communicate me well.
