Doing these assessments episodically is helpful to me and my teammates. The Truity assessment was straightforward, easy to complete, and I think accurate. I would recommend folks take it and encourage their family and colleagues to also take and then share and discuss the results.

Wow! Forty - plus years ago I took my first MBTI instrument. The reports and depth of feedback were nothing like this!! When I first took it around 1980, I scored ESTJ. I had just moved from working for EEOC as an investigator of employment discrimination. In my early adult years after two years in the Peace Corps, I spent my days pouring over employee personnel files and comparing and contrasting employment practices. After a few years in various capacities of human resources, I still had questions about the results eventually after various additional programs I settled on E/I NT J/P. There was one time I was trying to decide if I was a stronger J than P and the program facilitator - finally in exasperation, exclaimed, "this is not a J conversation!"
I really appreciate the nuances of this analysis and this report. I also realize that after 75 years, my multiple life experiences have helped reveal the complexities of my personality.
Now, I also would say as I compare my life decisions, choices and experiences, to the results of this instrument, I am quite comfortable to claim the umbrella of ENFP as presented to me in this report.
I look forward to receiving the e-book.
With sincere regards,

This couldn't have come at a better time.
Can I retake the test though... there are a few things I may have wanted to correct.
