Very interesting although I wonder how many of skew our answers to what we think the answer should be, rather than what it really is.

thank you, enjoyed the reflection and thoughts it produced. I would like to look into testing my team to help me be more responsive to them and our growth as business.

The characterization was pretty accurate. However, it rated me as only 31% introspective, which I found surprising.
Many of the questions were rather ambiguous, asking for example am I traditional or progressive. Some traditions are important because they are based on your world view of truth. Other traditions, like rituals, are just habits passed down. So those questions are difficult to answer accurately because they are not specific enough.

This was an excellent report of the Myers Briggs personality test. The presentation and aesthetics of the report are clearly illustrated for quick understanding of all the facets with the personality test.
