I've taken this assessment a couple of times, and I'm always amazed at how accurate it is. Such a great tool, whether used professionally or personally, there is much to learn about yourself and compatibility across the board.

I decided to dive in at take that test. The result made me flinch in a way of how true the were. The report is incredibly insightful and not too expensive, it's worth it I say. It helped dive deeper into my inner workings and let's me help improve my weaknesses, while relying on my strenghts.

Super impressed with how thorough this report is! As it points out, I am VERY keen on self-awareness and self-development, and this report is really going to help me on that journey.

As I was taking the test, I kept feeling like many of the questions or statements I did not have a strong opinion about, and I thought that that would make my results inconclusive or ambiguous. The results showed that in many areas I was indeed borderline, but as I read the explanations I felt that the descriptions were very accurate. In other words, I think most of the results were right on in clarifying that I was borderline on some issues, but still had a definite tendency to one over the other, and that that was okay or "normal". I have taken this test several times over the years and have been somewhat confused or frustrated by feeling that I was never really sure about the results. I took it again now to try to give more thoughtful responses, and feel well satisfied with the accuracy of the results. The issue of being borderline was big for me so gaining clarity around that has been very helpful.

I retook the test after I retired and the result was similar to the last one. Some of the areas that changed make sense due to recent changes in my life. Reading about facets of my personality that I wasn't fully aware of is interesting. I think that self-knowledge is important for all areas of life.
