I took the test after seeing a you tube video about the different personality types. I had know idea these even existed. The questionnaire was extremely detailed and asked a diverse range of questions that had me thinking of how I interact with others, how others perceive me and also how I perceive my self, very interesting!, and I am very happy with the results, now I know why I'm so mis understood and find it hard to get along with others.

I find this extremely interesting. I do see where how you are actually "feeling" at the time you take the test skewing one's scores just a little, but overall, it is pretty spot on.
This definitely helps me see why certain aspects of my workplace are so hard to just accept. I struggle with having a "job description" that does not always allow one to use their strengths in particular areas because that element of the organizational chart "is not their job."
I look forward to going into these results more in-depth as I participate in a Leadership Institute for the next 12 months within my organization.
