I was pretty amazed with my results and at the same time it was reassuring. I have noticed most of these traits in myself but did not know what they meant. Mostly, validated the way I feel how I go about certain aspects of my life. I usually would tend to have internal conflict with myself thinking some of these traits are a negative thing And wondered if I should change how I go about them, but a lot of this information has allowed me to see that they are positive. This has really helped me to stop beating myself up about how I apply certain aspects of my personality to the world around me which can sometimes Results in a loss or misuse of mental and physical as well as emotional energy.
