Really found this valuable. I recently transitioned into a different career path which has requirements that I'm struggling with. This report really helped me identify why this may be likely and therefore I feel more prepared to adapt and grow to mitigate these issues. Equally it gives me confidence to stand up and be counted for those elements that this validates and that are really positive.
Very much enjoyed the elements around how I might need to appreciate others /opposites.
