I've previously done an MBTI assessment at a new employer. This test is very accurate and I appreciate the detail provided under each section. It is very consistent with my previous assessment as an ISTJ. Although I don’t want to agree with some of the results this was very spot on I was surprised as I read through. Some of these results were brought up to me previously by friends and now I have a better understanding as to what they meant.
