This blew my mind! It is so on point with everything.

Its interesting to find out what your strengths are. I am often in imposter syndrome and this has given me more confidence in my judgement calls and job role. I also can see that i need to work on my empathy as i was aware from the last time i took the test (5 years ago) that I am not comfortable with emotional people. The test reaffirms what i understood about myself and helps me understand why some people are possibly intimidated and i need to be more aware of their emotions and feelings.

I was interested in learning what is the degree to which a preference exists. I decided to put the question to Chat GPT and was directed to a number of sites. The Truity site was a good choice, and I got some valuable insight into the specific aspects of my type as an ISTJ.
