Detailed, thought provoking and enlightening. Did I learn something new? Somewhat. Am I going to be able to use this assessment for my growth or advancement? Potentially! If I’ve been carrying around some weighted baggage could that impact how I completed the assessment? Probably, but I can also work on some of those areas and retake the assessment in a year or so to compare, as I believe I took this assessment over a decade ago and had some slightly different results.

Finally I can understand why I feel energetic in some situations and drained in others. Now I understand why I feel so motivated at times, And the next lack motivation and feel life is a prison.... I encourage anyone to go ahead and do the test and learn all you can it will be a game changer for you and those around you..
