I took this test as part of the completion of a profile to be matched with a mentee as part of a women's mentoring program at work. The profile asked for my Meyer's Briggs personality type and I had taken that test so long ago I couldn't remember exactly what my personality "type" was so I took this test. It is amazing how spot on the results were. I can use the results to capitalize on my strengths and making sure my weaknesses don't side track me. And it will help the mentoring program better match me with a mentee.
