I am a small business consultant, and I have been interested in personality testing since I first took the MBTI when I returned to college several years ago. I have also utilized a few other tests such as the CliftonStrengths, Predictive Index, and a few of the quick tests that appear at conferences, etc. from time to time. I was introduced to this website by another consultant who is using the Big 5 (which I also found insightful). This test is unique when compared with some of the others and I am happy to now have it to add to my bag of tricks. The wings and arrows are particularly insightful.

I think this is a great way to start off trying to learn more about yourself. I found that it hit the mark on a lot of parts of me and how I am. I really like how it also gives you ways to be able to improve on the negative qualities of your number if you're wanting to. It's a great tool to begin to start bettering yourself.

Out of all of the better known personality tests I've done, this has been the most impactful. Comprehensive, digestible, and gave me answers to the questions that have remained unanswered throughout this long journey of self work. Definitely get the full report - the detail provided is invaluable and will give you clear insight into next steps (if you are so open as to listen).

Most everything was spot on - but there were a couple of things that couldn’t be further from who I really am. I tried really hard to answer as honestly as possible so I wasn’t “cheating”...but I suppose nothing is going to be 100% spot on. I do recommend it, the information is interesting for sure!
