What I liked about this assessment through Truity is that it gave me greater insight into my personality.
It not only showed me my strengths yet the value in looking at what previously could have been considered weaker areas it will cause me to look at them in a more strategic way, paying attention to what is happening and why I'm feeling stresses and break up some of those unhealthy ways of dealing with the stress.

I was told by someone I was a different number than the one that came up from the test, but I have to say the core motivation for the number from the test is something I really relate to. Interestingly, the number personality this other person thought I was, is the origin number for the number personality from the test. It seems this person assessed my behaviour correctly, but did not see my underlying motivation. This is fascinating.
