It surprised me, but it didn't surprise me. I was not surprised that I came out as a perfectionist. I was surprised that my core emotion came back as anger. I thought, HOW DID THEY KNOW ?
I know it is true. I recognise myself in the entire report. I hope it will help me develop and grow into someone a little more chill and accepting, and maybe I don't have to take responsibility for the whole world. That is a burden I would like to lay down.

Took this at the request of my daughter. This is very insightful and helped me put words to feelings. Also helped me understand why I have made certain choices in my past. Forwarded a copy of the results to my counselor as I believe it will be helpful in moving forward. It was difficult at times to answer questions honestly but in doing so I got great information.
