As I move into leadership roles, I found this report to be so clarifying about how I move through the world, how I am perceived by others, and certain steps I can move towards to be the leader that I want to be. This is also helpful to use as a starting point for working in collaborative relationships. Understanding where others are coming from and how our own personality might impact their own performance and vice versa, will save a lot of hurt feelings and misunderstandings in the future!
