I've dabbled in studying Enneagram Personality Type over the years and have decided to take a deeper dive into understanding my own type as my intention for 2021. I found this test very easy to take and the results quite accurate to what I have come to know about myself through mindfulness practices. I look forward to using the suggestions to help me grow as an individual and leader in my community. I look forward to introducing Enneagram to the organization I lead as a way to shift the current culture and renew the care and integrity of the internal leaders.

A little shock to be honest not only did I get an accurate description of myself but it even went into my fears and hit the nail.
