Surprisingly accurate. I sprang for the full report which is pricey (but not as much as Strengths Finders which I took most recently. SF was also accurate, BTW), but thorough. Still figuring out wings and arrows, and hope that will provide additional insight.

Very interesting, especially the full report. Although much of its content is general, with only the graphs pertaining to myself as a personality, it really made me think and laught at many points which characterize me well. Good fun - and seriousness!
