Terrifying, and uncomfortably accurate. Hard to ignore. This made me look back on my life and see when I was the most balanced. I have been described as very laid back and very intense. As I reach my 60's and in the age of Covid I am moving to a softer place. This although painful makes me want to choose a gentler, trust more, stop trying do hard to do more and just let it go. It will be alright.

Report was very insightful. Almost painfully so. But like a doctor who has found the injury I now have work to do and have discharge instructions on how to do it.
