At first, I was so hesitant to answer these questions truthfully, as it required a lotttttt of self reflection, plus I didn’t want to come across a certain way. Once I got my results, it ALL made sense! This test has helped me gain a better sense of who I am and why I might be the way I am, and it has allowed me to find, understand, and do the work to focus on the areas that need growth. Highly recommend this test to anyone who wants to understand themselves a little (or a lot!) better!

I was shocked at how closely the test matched the "public me" but was also able to identify the parts of me that I didn't know existed and would have never figured out. I've taken a number of personality tests in the past, but none that came close to this level of detail or provided any suggestions on what to do with the knowledge. The information provided on how to adapt my "Challenges'' into potential "Strengths" was really helpful. I'm preparing to return to work after an extended hyetus and the suggestions were very timely. The questions were posed in such a manner that they sought the truth rather than an ulterior motive. I'm really looking forward to the workbook and discovering more about myself.
