Reviews of Enneagram Personality Test

My report showed strong results in several types: 98 % for both nine and two and 97 % for 4, however your report chose "2" as my dominant type and did not address "nine" at all. I feel that the report neglected to explore my strong "nine" tendencies, and the lengthy description of "type 2" did not accurately reflect my total personality. Would have liked more acknowledgement that I tested strongly in several different areas, and not be "pigeon holed" into the "type 2"

I have done one of these Assessment Tests while I was working. It only went so deep but was effective for what we were focusing on. Once I retired, and had more time for Self Improvement, I decided to try a Enneagram Test through the suggestion from a Self Help book I'm reading. The test was simply laid out and the questions were relatable for me. Took about 15-20min to complete when considering each question carefully. The initial results were astounding! They do temp you with further info as it slowly fades to from black text to white and then to a button that says "see more results" . Yes there is a fee to obtain "the rest of the story". Not sure why they don't just come out and say that which had me a bit perturbed. Since I'm working on this "project" whole heartedly, I went ahead and made the purchase. The rest of the results and suggestions for improvement were absolutely amazing. Though everything was not a perfect match, they explain why through "Wings and Arrows" which are improvements you may have started incorporating already based on life's experiences. I intend to start working on the suggested improvement areas right away, starting with this review. (which I never do!)

At first blush this tool seems to accurately bring out some very valid points. However, because I am a #5 The Investigator, I need to review the report more closely before I can estimate how effective and useful the tool is in actuality.

Spooky accurate.

Uncannily accurate and very insightful. That's not just my opinion but those who know me best. A lot of the information, a lot of the analysis of me here confirm opinions I had of myself, swirling around in the back of my brain somewhere that I never really brought the fore to understand and align my thinking and direction.

The descriptions of my personality were uncanny and had me laughing at myself as it explained my behavior. I'm a very introspective person, and had already learned a lot of these things about myself, and the report was accurate in confirming a lot of my own observations about myself. The report was also very helpful in providing a direction for growth and development.

I loved reading through all the information provided about my Enneagram type. I found myself jotting down sticky notes as quick reference guides, such as my mantra, as well as my strengths and weaknesses. I'm so glad I got the full report, because I truly feel like it confirmed some of what I already knew, yet it also brought to the forefront some areas of myself I hadn't yet fully realized. I feel more prepared to embark on my self-realization and self-love journey with the information that was provided to me today. I now have clear goals and ways to improve that I may have never been aware of had I not taken this test and read through my results.
