I felt the report was 85% reflective of who I am, or rather see myself as.....but, there are areas exposed that I did not see myself. I believe it is an effective tool to assess your "whole" person and adjust in those areas that need improvement accordingly.

Reading in-depth my report was a little troubling for me, especially finding out I am a ONE and the report being accurate. I have gained so much clarity from reading through my traits, and more insight around my 'why' questions. I reflect back to this report as a reminder of not getting stuck, and if I do, what does that look like? It serves as a guide. This was the best thing I have done for myself, investing in becoming more authentic.
