Pretty generic info that comes from self discovery and the numbers were difficult to understand for me initially. A little expensive at $19. But I like the fact it offers areas for growth.

Really loved this. not only did it give me some insight into my own behavior, it showed me ways in which i can grow, highlighted areas that are holding me back, whilst still showing and embracing the strengths i carry. it isn’t a self help tool that makes you feel pressured to be better, it shows you that you’re already great, and how you can overcome the areas of your life that you feel insecurity and/or denial.

As I read every single word with attention and enthusiasm for understanding more about myself, I encounter clearly things that I've been doing with my life that got me where I am now, almost nowhere! It's never late to control and change what you're doing wrong (to yourself) and it's never late to become aware of what's better to do that will make you feel happier, content, understood, but specially stopping you from being free and happy. I always have a whole inside myself that I couldn't understand, that feeling of sadness, rejection or miss understanding of who I really am.
Thank you, even though I'm on my 50's I know I can work on myself to be happier and to make happy to the ones I love! You won't have the most remote idea how this help me and how happy I'm feeling to know that I still have the chance to become easy on me, specially when it comes to "NO" ;-)
