I've done the test and, on the surface, the results are ridiculously, scarily, weirdly, and wonderfully accurate it seems. Prior to doing the test I had decided what I thought my results would show, however, on completion, the report highlighted my traits perfectly and opened my eyes. I have actually done this course before however I have had some major life events happen and was required to attend a HR meeting which did go well. My support person in the meeting in our debrief discussed the enneagram and I wanted to reflect again where I was at. My numbers came out very much the same as before and a refresher to read has been rather enlightening. I really want to refresh and look at this again as some of my team members have changed. I just love how indepth and reflective it is.

I found this Enneagram report to be very accurate. It goes into a lot of detail that I believe can help with my growth and development.
