Spot on. I was sceptical. But the report was uncomfortably accurate. But the personal guidance which it provides will allow my to continue that psychotherapy that I have had, along with my personal study, to grow stronger in my toughest problems: social activities and avoidance tendencies. The test appears well designed. The results were very enlightening and I can see some trait migrations form prior tests I have taken several years back. That said, some of the conclusions are written in a way that sound almost judgemental and I think that this result should be reviewed in conjunction with a person with decent expertise to avoid reaching what felt like negative judgemental results, even in some of the strengths sections. Have had enough experience to not let this freak me out, but someone doing this for the first time should be careful not to overreact to some of the language in the results.
