I liked the depth of the report, especially when it described the type on a Spectrum of Health. It was useful to see where I was when I was a very stressed version of myself many years ago; I completely identified with it! And then to move to average health and then thriving reminded me of the journey I have taken to get to where I am. I did take a test at another site and the result was different; I didn’t identify so much with the description. I’m glad I decided to try Truity. The questions made more sense and the results feel much more like me.

Recommended by an impressive coach - very hard to believe how accurate and eye-opening a questionnaire can be. I answered the questions quickly with my gut instinct with ratings varying from 1-5.
