I've taken this test twice, once on a day where I'd taken my depression medication, and once on a day where I'd forgotten to take it. These days had different results, and reading the results, I could see where each type applies. I feel this could be beneficial for working in therapy for those with depression.

AT AGE 80 I PRETTY MUCH KNOW WHO I AM. WHAT I LIKE MOST WERE THE NEGATIVE TENDENCIES THAT I TEND TO FALL INTO AND RESIST CHANGING. I AM A HIGHLY SENSITIVE PERSON TOGETHER WITH COMPLEX-PTSD WHICH MAKES IT TOO EASY TO DENY THESE NEGATIVE TRAITS. THANK YOU
