At first it was difficult to read through alot of the descriptions because they felt negative and very unlike how I feel or the perspective in which I know in my heart how I pursue things however their were some hard truths that I did agree with sprinkled in, however getting into the 'wings and arrows' began to paint a much more accurate picture of what felt like my truth and I really enjoyed seeing opportunity for new paths and growths... definitely something I will spend time studying and sharing with groups I lead...

Hi,
I admit I have a lot to learn here... I'm an ENTP, and identify very strongly with the personality type. I am also a sexual assault survivor who's been living with PTSD for the last 7 years. If the chronology and details of the repressed memory are helpful, I'll happily discuss them.
In the Enneagram results I saw the elements of how PTSD affects me. I am guessing it's so from all the work I've done, but I think it bears mentioning that I can kind of see (or feel) the split between who I think I am and the effects of that with which I have learned and am learning to live.
If you folks want to dig, let's dig together, especially if it helps other trauma survivors understand themselves better. I believe knowledge and understanding significantly limit the long-lasting effects trauma can have on us.
